Melanie was absolutely fantastic!!! She came to our home to fix the ignition cylinder. We were not able to turn the key to start the car. She took it apart and fixed it!!
We had brought to the car dealership but they couldn’t fix it.

The Repair Guy, Mike Harbour, Was Extremely polite & efficient with his time on repairing my multi-point deadbolt door. He was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions even after the door was repaired & I was very happy with how fast He was able to do the job & still be patient with me & polite & professional all at the same time. If you ever have any problems with any of your doors, don’t fool with any of the rest. Give Mike Harbour a call at Waldo’s lock & Security & schedule appointment with him if you want to be just as a happy customer as I am now!!!

The was a house key. It worked great just with the basic cut. When got home, it was perfect.
No upgrade needed. Machine paused b4 starting without telling me it was going to proceed to make the key. So for a couple of minutes I wasn’t sure if it would. I was wondering if I did something wrong. But it started and happy about the key.
