Matt was able to extract a key and fix the damage to the lock from the broken key. I really appreacite he took the time to salvage the lock and save me lots of money. It’s as good as new. First class service for a very reasonable price.

I made three keys and every key came out halfway straight with no raised areas. A complete waste they had to put a do not use sign.
