Easy process in making 3 keys at walmart kiosk, worked on keys that Lowes and Ace hardware couldnt do. Good price and excellent workflow with receipts etc.

Keys fit perfectly after second attempt. This was my first experience using the Minute Key at a Lowe’s Hardware. The first keys I made did fit but had to be manipulated to work correctly. Since I was making these keys for a elderly person who has disability, they had to fit precisely. Customer service was great and is offering a debit Visa card for the initial $8.00 expense. All this being said, the problem may have been mine. I would recommend that you push the key to be duplicated as far as it will go into the machine and hold it until the instructions tell you that you can release your hold on it because the machine how has your key locked into place.
I also wanted to make a duplicate key for a storm door but the machine did not accommodate the much smaller key. It would be nice if smaller key options were available as I had to get the smaller key made elsewhere.

I called him because I lost BOTH my truck keys. I was impressed with David’s professionalism in responding and responsiveness. The price for an electronic key replacement was very reasonable compared to going to the dealership or even the place in the mall. Would definitely use again.

I didn’t even get as far as them coming out and if I could give a negative review I would! I called a locksmith that was at my house and it was going to be a lot more expensive than I thought so I called Aaaron Elliott. They told me to use who was there and wouldn’t come out because he didn’t like that I’d called someone and was now calling them. I would be paying the person already there a service fee almost as expensive as the AE work. I told him I would be paying them and asked why it mattered to him and he just said ok so I hung up. Do not use them.

Edit: I saw your response and what you said is absolutely untrue. No one told me they were putting me on hold to check on a technician. What I originally described is what happened! What the person at Aaron Elliott said was that he didn’t like that I was “shopping around” when someone was at my house. I was willing to pay that company’s service fee and then pay your company, which both of those things were cheaper than who was already at my house. Because of the rudeness and audacity your company had to tell me how to use my money and treat other vendors, I would NEVER use you and until today I knew you had a good reputation. I’ve already told multiple people about what happened and hope you think about how you’re treating potential customers in the future.

Edit 2: if you were the one that answered the phone then you and I both know that what you’re saying did not happen. You are playing victim to get others to feel bad for you. I myself have been taken advantage of many times with businesses and I’m tired of it. My family has also owned their own business for 30+ years so I know it from that side too. It’s not that I’m “unhappy”, you are not admitting what happened because you don’t want a bad review. I understand that but at least be honest about what happened.

I went in for a small drill bit attachment, and I was greeted by all three people working. It didn’t feel robotic. It was great!

I didn’t see, or hear a name, but the older man who rang me up felt genuine, and kind. He asked me if I needed something, and it felt like he meant it.

The store was clean, and everything in the aisle I was looking at was in stock. I rapidly found what I needed. Great store.
