Received services Thursday and requested to speak to a supervisor that day. Since the tech no longer could speak English to explain prices even though he spoke perfect English the entire time. HE CAN ASK IF I LIVE ALONE, ASKED IF ANYONE LIVED IN MY HOME WITH ME AND WAS IT JUST ME IN THE HOME, IF I OWN MY HOME, WHERE I AM FROM even told me I have his personal number to call for a door replacement. They all call from different numbers. Company is family owned and extremely unprofessional. Removal and installation for my home door knob with a metal wrap is all I needed. Was told they would be here in 20 mins. Took an hour to come with no updates. Came to my home without the lock I wanted and went to the store to get it. Took two hours to come back. Took an hour to remove the lock. Tech didn’t know how and tried to hammer it open. It was just screws that was holding it to the door. He asked for a trash bag to clean. Gave him one and didn’t put anything in it. Looked me and then the trash bag. Obviously didn’t want to clean after himself so I told him to leave. He didn’t take the wrapping off the door and now I have left over plastic on it because he didn’t want to remove it properly. Charged around $550 for parts, the door knob and metal wrap. $380 for labor. This is a scam company. These pieces don’t cost anything close to this amount at any hardware store. I was hoping it was miss understanding but no one called back as this is just a summary of what happened, and I’m not able to post every detail of what happened because it’s too long. Dude, this guy was amazing. First off, my old key fob split in half and took the computer half with it. I bought a cheap replacement from Amazon. I called this guy and let him know my situation and he said he could meet me at the location in 10 minutes if needed. I swear he was there in like 8 minutes after the phone call. Took like 10 minutes max to reprogram my new key fob and $60 later I was good to go. Guy literally saved me like $300-$500 instead of going to the dealership. Super nice and really cares about your situation. Said he got there so fast cause he didn’t wanna leave me stranded in the cold if I had been. Great service. Great price. Great guy in general. They rekeyed all of our doors for us when we bought a new home and also changed out a door handle and rekeyed that new lock on another occasion. They were friendly, quick to respond, professional, and affordable in both instances. We will absolutely call them again if we need further services in the future.

I highly recommend Fulmer’s Locksmith. My dad has used Fulmer’s for a long time, with great experiences, so they were his only recommendation. Caleb was fantastic! Very friendly and professional. He rekeyed my 3 exterior doors (2 locks each) and made new keys – all in about an hour or so. I need another key fob for my car, so I’m having them make that for me, too. Fulmer’s has great service, response time, and fair prices!

I made the big stupid and locked myself out of my car at a gas station, with my keys and phone inside. I managed to bug the gas station staff into letting me use their phone, called this guy. Service was quick, easy, and very friendly too. Got to hear a funny story, and the price was affordable too. I’m not looking to lock myself out of my car again, but if I do I’m calling here.

I love the selection of keys at Minute Key, they are cut to an exact match and work perfectly. I love the cute 🐈 design they have since I have several cats at home. I’ve used Minute Key in the past and will continue to do so whenever I need more keys cut.
