I left the key to our car carrier at home (11 hours away). I called on the way to our vacation rental and Adam met us there right as we arrived, picked it open, and saved the day. A week later, when we arrived back home in NY, I couldn’t get our key to work in it anymore. I called Adam again and, over the phone, he walked me through what I needed to do. Ten seconds later everything was back to normal. Thanks, Adam…twice!

I called and spoke with Bear and he was out to my house within 15 minutes. Extremely polite, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He completed the work fast and efficiently, and I am very pleased with the job that he did. It’s very refreshing, having a company that you can rely on with this kind of customer service. I had a scenario where I lost my whole car key while visiting Dillon. I found this place and was saved. They have friendly and professional people like James (the tech that helped me.)
