JAY was extremely fast and super friendly. He knew what he was doing and had the car unlocked within 5 minutes and at my place within the hour. He went above and beyond waiting to get paid due to some technical difficulties on my end. Highly recommend Jay for unlocking the car and very reasonable on the price once I explained the situation

I locked my keys in the car at the gym this morning. I was panicked, cold, running late and the guy that came out really saved the day. I had called a few other places that were going to take hours and refused to tell me a price on the phone. This gentleman told me he would be there in 15 minutes and told me exactly how much it would be. He showed up right on time, quickly unlocked my car and was extremely nice and professional. Thank you so much for turning my day around!

I called him because I lost BOTH my truck keys. I was impressed with David’s professionalism in responding and responsiveness. The price for an electronic key replacement was very reasonable compared to going to the dealership or even the place in the mall. Would definitely use again.

Robert is an amicable businessman that replied to me immediately with my problem and was able to setup an appointment quickly. Fixed our initial key and programmed a new one that costs less than getting a new one from Nissan. Nissan setting up one key was quoted at 400+ DOLLARS. Robert did it for less and in quicker time. When the initial key he bought couldn’t be programmed, he apologized, and got one within a few days and had that one programmed the day he notified me it came in.
There’s a reason he has a 4.9 rating, have faith in this guy to get you right. If I ever have another key problem while in Charlotte, I’m going to you sir.

Concord Locksmith is amazing! Their service was extremely quick, and they were the only place in Concord that was actually able to make copies of my Master Lock key. The staff especially Michael at the counter, were friendly, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. They even used original Master Lock keys, which was very nice. The price was great, and it feels good supporting a reliable local business. Highly recommend!

Truck front tire went flat on the highway, not only was he there fast but he fixed the tire in less than 10minutes.
Also battery was dead and he also informed me that he could do jump start service. Great service and even better prices love it, will call and recommend for anyone!!
