While the technician did his job as far as opening a rental property for me on 8/8/25, the entire experience was not good. I paid $600 to unlock a “high security” schlage encode plus smart lock because it had to be drilled off. The technician proceeded to do the work and never once mentioned the cost. Mind you I could have asked, but was in a frantic state at the time, so I didn’t as I assumed it would be a couple hundred dollars. The deadbolt was left on the door and the door is severely damaged and now needs replaced. I called the company back the next morning 8/9/25 to explain the situation and was told a member of management would call me immediately after we hung up in about 5 minutes. It is now 2+ hours later and I still haven’t received a call from anyone. While i think $600 is outrageously expensive, the job should have been done without damage to my door. If the job couldn’t be done without damaging the door, that should have been communicated to me prior. I would like someone to help resolve this as soon as possible as I’ve called the office several times and now get the “we’re unavailable to take your call” message.

I went in to buy a new key to replace my truck key. The only button that still worked was the unlock button. In 15 minutes they had my old broken key repaired to full function for less than $20. I ended up buying another so I’d have a spare. It was ordered and programmed for me a few days later for much less than I anticipated it would cost. Highly recommend!

We had a car that would not start. Joe was dispatched to assist through AAA. Joe was very professional and tested the battery, ran diagnostics and found the problem. He switched out the old battery and ran some more tests. Joe was very friendly and respectful. He was excellent and I highly recommend Joe and this company.

Absolutely the best experience! Called for a non-emergency appointment to get a new coded key fob for my Dodge, and Shai got me in the next day. In the time he texted me he had arrived to when I walked out to greet him — door was open and he had a new key in hand. He even had the booster on the battery as I requested! Probably saved me over 300+ dollars on going through a dealership. Thanks for the great service, Shai!

Mr Nathan came out right away after I called him, and did a great job even though it was extremely hot that day. Then when he was finished, he shared a prayer with me that really touched my heart. I feel blessed just to meet this incredible man! 5 STARS!

Solid service – I was connected with the locksmith immediately upon calling, and they arrived in under 15 minutes for service at my location on a Sunday morning. The locksmith was a Kind and courteous service provider. Pricing was on the high end of what I expected to pay and i was unexpectedly told there would be an added “service charge” fee at checkout, which was not communicated upfront. But, they were kind to negotiate when I was disappointed with the last-minute notice of the charge. Overall, worth the price for the quick, thorough service and a great relief from a stressful lockout situation. I’m very grateful for their service!

I needed a lock key copied. Wasn’t able to get it done with a kiosk or at a hardware store. A Lowe’s associate recommended this shop. They were able to make a copy of my key (thank you!!) and everything was done within maybe 10 minutes. Price is fantastic and I appreciate the service!

Had machine cut me 3 Yale door keys. None of them worked. Called 888 number and they refunded my money. So, good customer service. Keys were exact duplicates except that their blanks difference at the very end . Non would turn dead bolt despite many efforts. Oh well. Great concept if it works for you
