I left the key to our car carrier at home (11 hours away). I called on the way to our vacation rental and Adam met us there right as we arrived, picked it open, and saved the day. A week later, when we arrived back home in NY, I couldn’t get our key to work in it anymore. I called Adam again and, over the phone, he walked me through what I needed to do. Ten seconds later everything was back to normal. Thanks, Adam…twice!

I can’t say enough great things about Coastal Locks of Havelock, New Bern, Morehead City, and Atlantic Beach. From start to finish, the experience was professional, timely, and stress-free. I was very impressed by how quickly I received response from my call at 9:15 a.m., I accidentally locked my keys to a file cabinet in a bag I put in the file the night before. It was neededbefore going to a doctor’s appointment during the afternoon . After reviewing locksmith options on the internet, calling, and talking with a young woman, I made a $94.79 deposit to ProLock online. She arrived 15 minutes later and was able to open the lock on the file in three minutes. I also had her to open an older file that I have been unable to open for a few months. I am not sure what happened to the key. She offered to see if she can locate one at her office, but I declined until I can check inside the file drawers. A lot of files have a key taped inside of the file drawer. There was no additional cost to my deposit and I was pleased with her work. I will definitely call again if I need help.
