Called at 7am for a car lockout was told to wait for call back, 730 received giving time of 830. called again at 9 when no one had shown up ,called again at 925 still no service or call back cancelled request very bad customer service would not recommend. called another company at my door in 28 minutes

I had a great experience with this locksmith. He was kind, responsive, and communicated clearly from the start. He came out the same day, even with snow and weather conditions, and addressed all of my concerns thoroughly.

I used the self service kiosk in a local Walmart to get two keys made. It was easy navigating through the different screens and the process is quick.

The kiosk is conveniently located at the front of the store, however, my issue is the price to get a key made. The cheapest key is $4.00. I can walk to the back of the store and get the same key made for $1.00. If you don’t know that you’d think you’re getting a good deal, because of convenience and faster service. NOTE: A WM employee walked up to me and told me I could get the key made in the back of the store much cheaper but it was too late, I had already paid for the keys from the self service kiosk.

I used the machine to order a car key. Was pretty simple and easy to use . I have keyless fob , put in the information then scanned my emergency key. Got a call little while later to verify my information and address. Few days later they called back saying tech has the fob and to arrange time to meet the tech to program it. Tech showed up on time. Very friendly and programmed it pretty quick. The emergency key worked perfect too. I had done a previous one via a locksmith and he could not get the emergency key to work smooth. Would use this process again in a heartbeat!
