Bret is the best! After 10 years, my front door Hardware was starting to wear, and I decided I would replace it: Schlage to Schlage. Little did I know that they had changed the hardware. After I got everything apart, I realized this as well beyond my do it yourself project. I called Bret and fortunately he was able to come right to the house. In no time he had everything put back together and my house secure. Not only was he efficient, but he has considerate and friendly. He also re-keyed the lock. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to call him for any other locksmith duties.

Bought used car with one key that only works in ignition but won’t unlock doors, dealer wanted $90 and regular cut key in the store didn’t work either.
Thought I try minute key, cost $30 and took 9 days to arrive but luckily worked great in all doors. So highly recommend this option if you have older car that doesn’t need programming and you’re not in a hurry.

I wanted to make copies of two keys, your machine gave extremely confusing instructions on how to copy the second key, and after I did everything with the help of a person from Walmart, your machine only printed one key for me. It was ridiculous.
