I highly recommend Bret Parker from Circle City Lock and Key. We have had him come to our office to work on 2 different locking door problems and he is always very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He charges a fair price, and we will be using him again if we have any other lock problems.

The stars say it all. I found this place to get two truck keys cut and the second picture in the gallery is what I saw when I walked in. A nice front counter with a workbench behind it with a gentleman sitting at it doing work. I was greeted by another gentleman on what was needed, I gave him my keys and said I called earlier and to see if they could be cut. He took them back to the gentleman who was working, when he did I went to TRY and take a seat to wait patiently not really knowing how long he’d take. Before I could even sit my back against the chair the gentleman who took my keys called me back to the counter for the price, $15 for two keys. I said cool, took maybe 15 sec to pay. Went back to the chair to TRY and sit down again and before my butt could touch the cushion that same gentleman called me back. I walked up to the counter and he laid all three keys on the counter, my original and the two cut ones and told me thank you.

I say all that to say that this place was GREAT, extremely fast, and efficient to the point that the amount of time it may take for you to read the story above that’s how long I was in that shop lol. The keys have been working GREAT as if they were the originals and they were very respectable.

This is a great place with great quality work.

Bought used car with one key that only works in ignition but won’t unlock doors, dealer wanted $90 and regular cut key in the store didn’t work either.
Thought I try minute key, cost $30 and took 9 days to arrive but luckily worked great in all doors. So highly recommend this option if you have older car that doesn’t need programming and you’re not in a hurry.

Fitch is the best, always has been. It has almost everything you need and the people are friendly and knowledgeable. Get this: I made a $1.78 purchase but had only $1 in my wallet (forgot they don’t take credit cards for less than $10). The counter man readily chipped in a dollar – and gave me the change (!) saying, “Looks you might need it.”
I doubt you’ll get service like this at the big hardware stores.

It wouldn’t recognize my key after repeated attempts. Went in the scanner fine. Not useful at all. So, be wary. It’s just a machine and gives no feedback aside from recognized or not recognized. Probably should be on the map as it’s basically a drink machine dispensing keys (maybe) to a lucky few.
