Out of 3 keys, only 1 worked. And the 1 key catches, But will unlock the padlock. The other 2 are the same cut for a different padlock. Tried to get a refund on the two keys, only received refund on 1. Not really satisfied with the outcome.

Usually shy away from automated key cutters, but was surprisingly pleased with:

(1) the very well thought out design of the kiosk and how the instructions clearly walked me through the process,

(2) the additional offered feature of safely archiving the key scan info so it can be easily accessed for cutting additional duplicates in the future without the need for rescanning, and

(3) experiencing a 100% successful cut yield with all produced keys turning out to be fully functional. I have not experienced this with other such vendors’ units.
