I left the key to our car carrier at home (11 hours away). I called on the way to our vacation rental and Adam met us there right as we arrived, picked it open, and saved the day. A week later, when we arrived back home in NY, I couldn’t get our key to work in it anymore. I called Adam again and, over the phone, he walked me through what I needed to do. Ten seconds later everything was back to normal. Thanks, Adam…twice!

Made the unfortunate mistake of leaving the house keys behind when I was carelessly in a hurry. Here in Richmond County it was pass the business hours of our local locksmith. I was able to reach Mr. Burr and he made the trip from Wadesboro to come to the rescue. I am more than grateful for his services and forever thankful for the help that he provided when all hope seemed loss. Customer urgency can often lead to impatience. I’m just glad that I was able to treat him and his business with the respect his services deserved. I thank Mr. Burr and his wife for the graciousness they showed to my wife and I. There’s no fee I wouldn’t have paid to undue my mistake so I am more than pleased with what he charged to make the 30 minute trip.

I would highly recommend of making receipts printable at the time of purchases. Also, need to provide an email for the receipt to be printed out. It only provided me with phone number to send the proof of purchase. So far keys were cut perfectly. Would recommend to use.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Had my correct blank key cut and programmed to start my car; as I had already programmed the keyless entry portion of the blank key myself. Spent about half the price compared to having to go through our local car dealership. In and out in less than 20, even with another customer ahead of us.

I didn’t even get as far as them coming out and if I could give a negative review I would! I called a locksmith that was at my house and it was going to be a lot more expensive than I thought so I called Aaaron Elliott. They told me to use who was there and wouldn’t come out because he didn’t like that I’d called someone and was now calling them. I would be paying the person already there a service fee almost as expensive as the AE work. I told him I would be paying them and asked why it mattered to him and he just said ok so I hung up. Do not use them.

Edit: I saw your response and what you said is absolutely untrue. No one told me they were putting me on hold to check on a technician. What I originally described is what happened! What the person at Aaron Elliott said was that he didn’t like that I was “shopping around” when someone was at my house. I was willing to pay that company’s service fee and then pay your company, which both of those things were cheaper than who was already at my house. Because of the rudeness and audacity your company had to tell me how to use my money and treat other vendors, I would NEVER use you and until today I knew you had a good reputation. I’ve already told multiple people about what happened and hope you think about how you’re treating potential customers in the future.

Edit 2: if you were the one that answered the phone then you and I both know that what you’re saying did not happen. You are playing victim to get others to feel bad for you. I myself have been taken advantage of many times with businesses and I’m tired of it. My family has also owned their own business for 30+ years so I know it from that side too. It’s not that I’m “unhappy”, you are not admitting what happened because you don’t want a bad review. I understand that but at least be honest about what happened.
