Joe and Efe were great! They found us at a campground and we got a duplicate key we’ve been needing for awhile. We’ve been putting it off because they are expensive but their rate was affordable and with great service. Works great! I highly recommend them.

Lost my keys to car. Needed car open to get house keys. Person showed up. Got my door open to car. Asked if he could make new key. This is a speciality item and requires a code from manufacture. I was told that pop a lock is used by dealerships to perform this task. It would take no time I was told. 2 hrs later, I was told another person was on the way with the necessary tools and code. I was presented an invoice that totaled over a 1000 dollars. This included the opening of car, code from manufacturer and key pod. Again, I was promised that it would be no time. 2 hrs later, no key. They could not program the key. I was then presented a new invoice for over 300 dollars for the opening of car and for code. This company is a scam. A bunch of independent contractors that will tell you anything to get you to up the cost. Fours hours of standing in 40 degree weather at night for what. A 300 bill and no key. You guys are a joke!

Really smooth experience. He came out, got a broken key out of my house lock, and made a spare right there. I then asked if he could make spare keys for my 2015 Chevy Tahoe and he handled that too without any issues. The price was very reasonable, especially getting two keys as a bundle. Super easy, friendly, and professional. I’d definitely call him again and would recommend to my friends 🧡

Matt was able to extract a key and fix the damage to the lock from the broken key. I really appreacite he took the time to salvage the lock and save me lots of money. It’s as good as new. First class service for a very reasonable price.

I have had several keys copied using the automated kiosk. I did have one key that was not cut correctly and would not open my lock, however all I had to do was call them and I was texted a coupon code to make a new key at no charge. Overall, I have been satisfied with the results.

We needed an old doorknob/lock changed out and I looked for companies on BBB and found AL Odom Locksmiths very highly rated. I called and left a contact request online and they reached right back out to me, we got it scheduled within an hour, they confirmed, communicated prior to coming out, they were professional and did a fantastic job. We requested multiple keys and they were able to fulfill that request last minute. We were out of town at the time, and they worked with us to take payment over the phone after completion. They made an uncomfortable, scary situation – easy. They even looked at another door that was giving us problems and were able to adjust the lock so that it worked again. Highly recommend and will use again.

Easy to use and decent quality but the price is pretty steep considering your company isn’t even having to pay a person to make keys. Your keys have a considerable mark up to $5.99 when the blanks only cost at most $.50. I thought automation was supposed to make things cheaper not more expensive?
