Machine worked fine and the duplicates all worked; for that 5 Stars. Billing only 1 Star thus 3 Total.
Initially I saw two charges of $8.54 for the two duplicates I had made (3 copies each). One was for Minute Key the second had a different name. The next day the second charge was deleted with the different name had disappeared. Why, I have no idea.
