Excellent same-day support! It helped by being able to dis-assemble the doorknob and latch and take that to the shop. Emily quickly found an identical replacement for the our broken latch. The doorknob assembly re-installed perfectly. Hoping this replacement latch will have same long life that might just outlive me! Many thanks for the excellent service!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Liberty Locksmith!! Gabriel was amazing! He was so nice and helpful over the phone and even more delightful in person. Minute Key wasted 2 days saying they would duplicate my key, but when they couldn’t find a ‘key concierge’ they canceled. They do not have any moral business practices. I wish I saw the reviews before handing over my money.

I love supporting locally owned businesses. City Lock is a small business packed full of things they offer. I had a key fob programmed for my car (since we can no longer program fobs like we could way back when). They do sell fobs for a myriad of other cars. I happened to purchase my fob on Amazon thinking I could program it myself. I arrived around 9:30 am and my fob was programmed and key cut within 15 minutes. It cost $100 to program the fob. Compare that to your local dealership. I just saved at least $150! Great service. Great folks. Great prices. (They do have to close at times to go out on calls so you may want to make sure someone is in the office before you go.)
