Made the unfortunate mistake of leaving the house keys behind when I was carelessly in a hurry. Here in Richmond County it was pass the business hours of our local locksmith. I was able to reach Mr. Burr and he made the trip from Wadesboro to come to the rescue. I am more than grateful for his services and forever thankful for the help that he provided when all hope seemed loss. Customer urgency can often lead to impatience. I’m just glad that I was able to treat him and his business with the respect his services deserved. I thank Mr. Burr and his wife for the graciousness they showed to my wife and I. There’s no fee I wouldn’t have paid to undue my mistake so I am more than pleased with what he charged to make the 30 minute trip.

I had a scenario where I lost my whole car key while visiting Dillon. I found this place and was saved. They have friendly and professional people like James (the tech that helped me.) They communicate effectively and we’re fast about everything they did. Considering the pickle I put myself in, I found them very affordable and they can come to you if need be. Exceptional service from Jacob and Janice installing an electronic front door lock and a lock to my garage. Communication, efficiency and product knowledge was very good and no pressure to add additional service.

Jacob explained what he was doing and when an additional service was needed he checked with me first noting the price.

Key wouldn’t start vehicle after I programmed it. It locks and unlocks the vehicle. Key turns ignition and won’t start. I asked to have it checked and all I got was “Your not making any sense, if it turns the ignition it works.” He was very disrespectful. I agree it should work, could be a faulty key. However, he argued with me for a while. Horrible customer service.

I was very impressed by how quickly I received response from my call at 9:15 a.m., I accidentally locked my keys to a file cabinet in a bag I put in the file the night before. It was neededbefore going to a doctor’s appointment during the afternoon . After reviewing locksmith options on the internet, calling, and talking with a young woman, I made a $94.79 deposit to ProLock online. She arrived 15 minutes later and was able to open the lock on the file in three minutes. I also had her to open an older file that I have been unable to open for a few months. I am not sure what happened to the key. She offered to see if she can locate one at her office, but I declined until I can check inside the file drawers. A lot of files have a key taped inside of the file drawer. There was no additional cost to my deposit and I was pleased with her work. I will definitely call again if I need help.
