I left the key to our car carrier at home (11 hours away). I called on the way to our vacation rental and Adam met us there right as we arrived, picked it open, and saved the day. A week later, when we arrived back home in NY, I couldn’t get our key to work in it anymore. I called Adam again and, over the phone, he walked me through what I needed to do. Ten seconds later everything was back to normal. Thanks, Adam…twice!

I am extremely happy with John and his business. I called on Friday morning and John was able to get out to re-key my locks the next morning. He was early, professional and extremely helpful. He explained the process to me ahead of time and double checked the day to make sure I was clear on the price and process before doing so. American Security & Lock responded and was en route to assist with a key replacement for my luxury SUV (which uses a proximity key that you wouldn’t think a key could be made for via a mobile service) within five minutes of my key being lost. The work was completed in a focused and efficient manner. I even learned a few aspects of my vehicle that I did not previously understand. Ivan was prompt, informative, and kind. The trajectory of my week was completely altered by this successful and stress free service. It’s hard to put money on that, but it was *also* very reasonably priced!

I had a great experience yesterday at Apex Lock and Key. I needed two key fob replacements cut and programmed for a vehicle with only one key. They laser cut my keys, then programmed them, all in about 15 minutes. The store was clean, well organized, and had comfortable seating while I waited. I was offered a bottle of water while I waited, which I did not expect. In chatting with the store manager, he learned that I was an Army veteran and gave me a military discount. My new keys work perfectly, and I saved more than 80 percent off of what the Chevy dealer wanted to cut and program the keys. All in all, I had an outstanding experience and offer my highest recommendation for Apex Lock and Key.
