The keys were cut right but, the keys were covered in shaving that I had to literally scrape off; they were connected to the valleys cut into the key blanks, as well there were no choices to allow for keys to look different from each other.

I left the key to our car carrier at home (11 hours away). I called on the way to our vacation rental and Adam met us there right as we arrived, picked it open, and saved the day. A week later, when we arrived back home in NY, I couldn’t get our key to work in it anymore. I called Adam again and, over the phone, he walked me through what I needed to do. Ten seconds later everything was back to normal. Thanks, Adam…twice!
