Outstanding service from start to finish. I was locked out of my truck on a holiday and needed an emergency locksmith. They answered right away, gave me a clear ETA, and showed up when they said they would. We had something break inside our door handle and it prevented the door from opening. We called in the morning and Justin came out within a few hours. He got the door open within minutes and showed us the issue with the door handle/lock assembly. He showed us the replacement they had in stock and went back to the shop to get the product that matched our door hardware in the house. He returned soon and completed the replacement quickly and keyed the lock and the dead bolt to the same key. He also lubricated the deadbolt so it works like new. Great service, everything explained in detail, he answered all of our questions and fixed everything. Great service. Will use again.

Fantastic service. Locked my keys in a GMC Sierra rental truck. Called national and would have taken hours. Called these guys and they were on site and had the truck open in 15min. Thank you so much.

I wanna say these guys are the best!!
We were on a family vacation and lost our key to our truck. We went to the dealership in town and we were told that our key would have to be ordered and they did not have one available. I called Cooneys. Jan answered the phone was super friendly and hooked us up. Needless to say this was after business hours. She was extremely hospitable . Scott came out programmed the key, and got us on the road quickly. We were even charged less than what we were quoted .Thanks a lot for your help Scott. Really appreciate it.

Extremely friendly and helpful!

I managed to lock my keys in my vehicle fairly late in the evening. He answered the phone right away and agreed to come help. While he was on his way, I was able to open my truck with a coat hanger I had in the bed of my truck (this wasn’t my first time). When he showed up, I offered to pay him, but he declined without hesitation. I had to force on him the small amount of cash I had on me. He even made me a spare key for free out of his work van!

I would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of his services. I hope I never have to use him again, but if the need comes up, he will be my first call.

I had a very frustrating experience with this locksmith. I dropped off my ignition cylinder for rekeying to match my old key. After waiting an hour, I called for an update — he said it was “done” but he had gone home and would call me when he was back at the shop. Another hour went by with no updates, so I had to call him again to finally meet up. Later, when I installed the cylinder, the key didn’t even work and I couldn’t start my car. I called him after 4 hours of waiting, and he said I was next, but he never came over. I waited the whole day, and he never showed.
Super unreliable, and extremely frustrating to deal with. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
