He was the only one in the area that had the knowledge to provide service for a Japanese Car. I’m so Thankful for his help. He came to the rescue. He answered the phone and drove almost 2 hours to help my Dad by replacing and programming a new key that was lost in the snow and was never found. I highly recommend this service 👌

I had a safe with a long gone key. I took it in, with provenance, to see if it could be opened. It took Garrick (I hope that’s the right spelling) about 5 minutes to open it. And another 5 to make 2 keys. Excellent experience and result. This isn’t the first time I’ve been there, and they’ve been more than helpful every time.

This place is awesome. Excellent customer service, fair pricing and Lacy is very knowledgeable. We had her install a keypad entry and new door knob on our home. Highly recommend.

Extremely friendly and helpful!

I managed to lock my keys in my vehicle fairly late in the evening. He answered the phone right away and agreed to come help. While he was on his way, I was able to open my truck with a coat hanger I had in the bed of my truck (this wasn’t my first time). When he showed up, I offered to pay him, but he declined without hesitation. I had to force on him the small amount of cash I had on me. He even made me a spare key for free out of his work van!

I would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of his services. I hope I never have to use him again, but if the need comes up, he will be my first call.

These employees at Burdick’s have helped me out twice in the past half year on my automotive locksmith needs. First, they replaced an expensive key fob for my wife’s car. They ordered to OEM fob at a price that was less expensive than I could get, and quickly programmed the proper codes once it arrived. Secondly, they restored a failed ignition lock on my daughter’s car saving me considerable money as opposed to re-keying the entire car. I was so pleased with the professionalism, service cost, and quickness demonstrated by the employees. Good job!

Mobile lock savior for my roadside vehilce. Ryan was able to repair everything from his “mobile workshop” and had be back on the road quickly, with expert knowledge of what the problem was, how to fix, and getting it done in a quick turnaround time. Our son lost his car key while catching a flight out of Billings. We drove 2 1/2 hours from WY to look for keys, hoping they were turned in, or were perhaps near/in the car. No luck…until we called All Lock. We were prepared to make an appointment and make a return trip to Billings, but the owner fit us in on a Friday afternoon, tech Kendal arrived within half an hour, and car key was made within 45 minutes…saved us another 5 hour round trip.
