Just wanted to give a shout out to Garrett at A to Z Central Montana lock and key.
Needed a couple old Og Chevy keys for one my Impalas.. not only was he very fair for cost of the blanks but he had them cut for me in 1 minute. Both new cuts worked perfect on my old Chev.
Very professional very honest highly recommend these guys.

Extremely friendly and helpful!

I managed to lock my keys in my vehicle fairly late in the evening. He answered the phone right away and agreed to come help. While he was on his way, I was able to open my truck with a coat hanger I had in the bed of my truck (this wasn’t my first time). When he showed up, I offered to pay him, but he declined without hesitation. I had to force on him the small amount of cash I had on me. He even made me a spare key for free out of his work van!

I would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of his services. I hope I never have to use him again, but if the need comes up, he will be my first call.

Outstanding service from technician Powell G today – both emergency (house lockout) and contract (smart lock install). Showed up promptly – within 15 minutes – to get us back in the house, and same day install of a smart lock. Total install and cleanup in less than 20 minutes. I reached out for a pair of news keys after losing the only set for my car. They said they had to order it in so I’d have to wait 10 days, which I reluctantly did. I didn’t hear from them after 10 days so I called and followed up, but it seemed to me that they hadn’t even ordered my key and totally forgot that I’d called! They took my info again and said they’d use a local source that could get the key in 2-3 days since they knew I was locked out of my car. But still, a few days after not hearing anything, I called again. They said they had the key, but we quickly determined it was the wrong type–I’d told them at least 3 times my car was a push start but they had gotten a physical key. So I waited another week, only to have the exact same thing happen AGAIN! By this point I’d been locked out of my car for over 3 weeks.

I finally gave up and another place was able to come out and get me a new key within 24 hours. I didn’t inform Superior that I’d gotten someone else, thinking maybe they’d follow up and I could get a spare set from them, but they never reached out to finish my ticket…and it’s been months now. I couldn’t believe that they were so dismissive of someone who was so ready to pay them $$$. Very disappointed.
