I had a safe with a long gone key. I took it in, with provenance, to see if it could be opened. It took Garrick (I hope that’s the right spelling) about 5 minutes to open it. And another 5 to make 2 keys. Excellent experience and result. This isn’t the first time I’ve been there, and they’ve been more than helpful every time.

Very rude. I called and asked if they were available to unlock my door. The man that answered had an attitude when he said “I’ve already told you that I cant come today.” And hung up. I’ve never spoken to this company before. This was my first time calling. It will also be my last time calling.

Was expecting to pay at least $100 to get a new key made so we could replace my girlfriend’s cars lock cylinder. The guy we talked to just told me a couple things to try and it worked so we could get it done for free. 5 star and amazing service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Extremely friendly and helpful!

I managed to lock my keys in my vehicle fairly late in the evening. He answered the phone right away and agreed to come help. While he was on his way, I was able to open my truck with a coat hanger I had in the bed of my truck (this wasn’t my first time). When he showed up, I offered to pay him, but he declined without hesitation. I had to force on him the small amount of cash I had on me. He even made me a spare key for free out of his work van!

I would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of his services. I hope I never have to use him again, but if the need comes up, he will be my first call.

There machine was pretty easy to use and pretty quick to make the key. I had 3 keys made.The only thing I would say is (and maybe there was a spot on the machine I missed) you need something to file the keys because they come out super sharp. Other than that, I know where to get a key made easily. Thank you for putting in your machine.
