He was the only one in the area that had the knowledge to provide service for a Japanese Car. I’m so Thankful for his help. He came to the rescue. He answered the phone and drove almost 2 hours to help my Dad by replacing and programming a new key that was lost in the snow and was never found. I highly recommend this service 👌

Was expecting to pay at least $100 to get a new key made so we could replace my girlfriend’s cars lock cylinder. The guy we talked to just told me a couple things to try and it worked so we could get it done for free. 5 star and amazing service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrific installation .Adrian was amazing to work with. He came up with terrific solutions to a tricky remote access system and we are thrilled with the results. I had a safe with a long gone key. I took it in, with provenance, to see if it could be opened. It took Garrick (I hope that’s the right spelling) about 5 minutes to open it. And another 5 to make 2 keys. Excellent experience and result. This isn’t the first time I’ve been there, and they’ve been more than helpful every time.

Very rude. I called and asked if they were available to unlock my door. The man that answered had an attitude when he said “I’ve already told you that I cant come today.” And hung up. I’ve never spoken to this company before. This was my first time calling. It will also be my last time calling.

Extremely friendly and helpful!

I managed to lock my keys in my vehicle fairly late in the evening. He answered the phone right away and agreed to come help. While he was on his way, I was able to open my truck with a coat hanger I had in the bed of my truck (this wasn’t my first time). When he showed up, I offered to pay him, but he declined without hesitation. I had to force on him the small amount of cash I had on me. He even made me a spare key for free out of his work van!

I would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of his services. I hope I never have to use him again, but if the need comes up, he will be my first call.

Did they change owners? Been doing business there for 20+ years. This week needed a gun safe opened. Every time in the store the guy acted and talked to me like I was a big inconvenience for him. Not really wanting to help. I wanted to bring my gun safe the store, to save $300, and again the guy down there was rude, didn’t even care again, acted and treated me like I was an inconvenience. Told me that I would have to unload the safe off my truck. He WOULD NOT help. His front end loader was broken down and he refused any other option except for me to take care of it!!??!!😳😳. Only company that CAN open gun safes in our County!!! What a shame!!!! I’ll never be going back!!!! Very BAD experience!!!!!

Daniel and his team are the real deal. Professional, kind, honest, etc. Dan came out to our location and gave recommendations for different configurations (each at various price points) to suit our needs. We ended up selecting a full alarm & camera system and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. The install was done before business hours to ensure no interruptions on our end, the price was more than fair, and at no point did it ever feel pushy. I would recommend Bozeman Safe & Lock in a heartbeat!

Came really recommended by the community. He really did a outstanding job removing a broken off key in a RV bay door that was inset pretty deep. After I bungled a attempt at the hot glue stick trick. Nope lol.
He was able to remove it and I will recommend to anyone near.
That needs services of a locksmith.

There machine was pretty easy to use and pretty quick to make the key. I had 3 keys made.The only thing I would say is (and maybe there was a spot on the machine I missed) you need something to file the keys because they come out super sharp. Other than that, I know where to get a key made easily. Thank you for putting in your machine.
