Absolutely fantastic service. We were completely dead in the water at a hotel in Billings when my key fob for a 2015 Ram 3500 stopped working. He came out quickly, diagnosed the issue on the spot, and had us back up and running in no time. His knowledge and professionalism were clear from the moment he arrived and the price was more than fair. Thanks to him we were able to stay on schedule with our job. Would not print my ordered keys 1st 3 times. I tried to get a butterfly 🦋 key and a 2nd key copies but it said something went wrong. Then it said I could get a discount key and I chose the butterfly 🦋 key as the 2nd key to a regular gold one and it wouldn’t work either. Finally I ended up getting just 1 copy of a plain gold key and it worked eventho I needed two. I was fed up. It was much easier and cheaper back when we could have an individual worker print them! This was not a good experience but at least it gave me a real metal key instead of the fake bendable one my apts gave me. Not happy at ALL.

I wanna say these guys are the best!!
We were on a family vacation and lost our key to our truck. We went to the dealership in town and we were told that our key would have to be ordered and they did not have one available. I called Cooneys. Jan answered the phone was super friendly and hooked us up. Needless to say this was after business hours. She was extremely hospitable . Scott came out programmed the key, and got us on the road quickly. We were even charged less than what we were quoted .Thanks a lot for your help Scott. Really appreciate it.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Garrett at A to Z Central Montana lock and key.
Needed a couple old Og Chevy keys for one my Impalas.. not only was he very fair for cost of the blanks but he had them cut for me in 1 minute. Both new cuts worked perfect on my old Chev.
Very professional very honest highly recommend these guys.

I have gone to this shop for every key-related need. They are fantastic, offering old-school exceptional customer service, do great work and are friendly and kind. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. JP put together a disassembled key fob for me today, did a great job and was as fantastic as all the other staff here. Dave’s, don’t ever change! We went to every place to get keys made and they couldn’t help us. This place still took us 5 mins before they closed and next morning had it ready! They are SO kind and SO helpful. 10/10
