Alec was able to schedule our lock work quickly and was friendly and very helpful as to what our best lock and key scenario should be. He finished his work promptly and I felt the cost of changing 4 different locks was very reasonable! I would highly recommend him!

After dealing with Pierce Lock & Key in Hamilton, MT and not being treated properly by them I turned to Jon at J Safe and Lock to help me out. Should have just gone to him first. THANKS JON!! Quick, polite, respectful, friendly and the cost was 1/3 of what Pierce was going to charge me!!!!!

I wanna say these guys are the best!!
We were on a family vacation and lost our key to our truck. We went to the dealership in town and we were told that our key would have to be ordered and they did not have one available. I called Cooneys. Jan answered the phone was super friendly and hooked us up. Needless to say this was after business hours. She was extremely hospitable . Scott came out programmed the key, and got us on the road quickly. We were even charged less than what we were quoted .Thanks a lot for your help Scott. Really appreciate it.

Extremely friendly and helpful!

I managed to lock my keys in my vehicle fairly late in the evening. He answered the phone right away and agreed to come help. While he was on his way, I was able to open my truck with a coat hanger I had in the bed of my truck (this wasn’t my first time). When he showed up, I offered to pay him, but he declined without hesitation. I had to force on him the small amount of cash I had on me. He even made me a spare key for free out of his work van!

I would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of his services. I hope I never have to use him again, but if the need comes up, he will be my first call.

Terrific installation .Adrian was amazing to work with. He came up with terrific solutions to a tricky remote access system and we are thrilled with the results. Very rude. I called and asked if they were available to unlock my door. The man that answered had an attitude when he said “I’ve already told you that I cant come today.” And hung up. I’ve never spoken to this company before. This was my first time calling. It will also be my last time calling.
