If you’re looking for a business that cares about its customers look no further. I needed help getting into my home safe when I made a critical mistake of trying to reprogram the keypad while it was not open but closed. The safe went into a factory lockdown. A few days later My keys got locked in the work truck. Not a good week. I called them and within 30 min a fella named Alec showed up and got me into my truck in less than 5 min. We talked and he said he may have a few options for me with getting into my home safe. Alec put in the time getting ahold of manufacturer that wouldn’t respond to me and got the info he needed to get into the safe without having to drill out and replace. Courteous and Professional both times. I would highly recommend.

These employees at Burdick’s have helped me out twice in the past half year on my automotive locksmith needs. First, they replaced an expensive key fob for my wife’s car. They ordered to OEM fob at a price that was less expensive than I could get, and quickly programmed the proper codes once it arrived. Secondly, they restored a failed ignition lock on my daughter’s car saving me considerable money as opposed to re-keying the entire car. I was so pleased with the professionalism, service cost, and quickness demonstrated by the employees. Good job!

He was the only one in the area that had the knowledge to provide service for a Japanese Car. I’m so Thankful for his help. He came to the rescue. He answered the phone and drove almost 2 hours to help my Dad by replacing and programming a new key that was lost in the snow and was never found. I highly recommend this service 👌

I paid 109.00 for my Ford F-150 Key fob at the walmart kiosk (KeyMe kiosk). It was sent to me with instructions on how to program it. Saved a ton over dealership prices.

We needed extra housekeys for guests. The KeyMe kiosk was conveniently at the exit of WinCo, so I had 3 made. All the keys worked well AFTER my son buffed the sharp edges and filings off of the crudely cut keys.

The need to personally detail the new keys bought at Keyme or pay an additional ~$3 to receive keys that have been finished correctly is why I only rate the product and service 3 stars. Several hardware stores that cut keys correctly for less and don’t charge a premium for doing their job correctly are nearby. KeyMe should sell keys made and finished correctly without price gouging customers.

I had a safe with a long gone key. I took it in, with provenance, to see if it could be opened. It took Garrick (I hope that’s the right spelling) about 5 minutes to open it. And another 5 to make 2 keys. Excellent experience and result. This isn’t the first time I’ve been there, and they’ve been more than helpful every time.

I wanna say these guys are the best!!
We were on a family vacation and lost our key to our truck. We went to the dealership in town and we were told that our key would have to be ordered and they did not have one available. I called Cooneys. Jan answered the phone was super friendly and hooked us up. Needless to say this was after business hours. She was extremely hospitable . Scott came out programmed the key, and got us on the road quickly. We were even charged less than what we were quoted .Thanks a lot for your help Scott. Really appreciate it.

Extremely friendly and helpful!

I managed to lock my keys in my vehicle fairly late in the evening. He answered the phone right away and agreed to come help. While he was on his way, I was able to open my truck with a coat hanger I had in the bed of my truck (this wasn’t my first time). When he showed up, I offered to pay him, but he declined without hesitation. I had to force on him the small amount of cash I had on me. He even made me a spare key for free out of his work van!

I would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of his services. I hope I never have to use him again, but if the need comes up, he will be my first call.

Did they change owners? Been doing business there for 20+ years. This week needed a gun safe opened. Every time in the store the guy acted and talked to me like I was a big inconvenience for him. Not really wanting to help. I wanted to bring my gun safe the store, to save $300, and again the guy down there was rude, didn’t even care again, acted and treated me like I was an inconvenience. Told me that I would have to unload the safe off my truck. He WOULD NOT help. His front end loader was broken down and he refused any other option except for me to take care of it!!??!!😳😳. Only company that CAN open gun safes in our County!!! What a shame!!!! I’ll never be going back!!!! Very BAD experience!!!!!
