Absolutely fantastic service. We were completely dead in the water at a hotel in Billings when my key fob for a 2015 Ram 3500 stopped working. He came out quickly, diagnosed the issue on the spot, and had us back up and running in no time. His knowledge and professionalism were clear from the moment he arrived and the price was more than fair. Thanks to him we were able to stay on schedule with our job. Les was very responsive and was able to help us out the next day. (It wasn’t an emergency.) He rekeyed two doors for us and provided us with extra keys, as requested.
Les noticed that our door locked only if we pulled it closed. He offered to fix that without us even having to ask us. We’re so happy to not have to mess with that anymore!

I wanna say these guys are the best!!
We were on a family vacation and lost our key to our truck. We went to the dealership in town and we were told that our key would have to be ordered and they did not have one available. I called Cooneys. Jan answered the phone was super friendly and hooked us up. Needless to say this was after business hours. She was extremely hospitable . Scott came out programmed the key, and got us on the road quickly. We were even charged less than what we were quoted .Thanks a lot for your help Scott. Really appreciate it.

Very easy and quick service. I needed a second key just to unlock my truck not to start it. Was able to make me a key in less than 5 minutes and cost me far lest than anywhere else.

Extremely friendly and helpful!

I managed to lock my keys in my vehicle fairly late in the evening. He answered the phone right away and agreed to come help. While he was on his way, I was able to open my truck with a coat hanger I had in the bed of my truck (this wasn’t my first time). When he showed up, I offered to pay him, but he declined without hesitation. I had to force on him the small amount of cash I had on me. He even made me a spare key for free out of his work van!

I would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of his services. I hope I never have to use him again, but if the need comes up, he will be my first call.

Straight up. I’ve dealt with problems with my jetta forever, solved it under 10 minutes. Fixed right the first time.
