The worst customer service – I’d give 0 stars if I could. When I dropped the locks off to be re-keyed, they made me feel as though I was an inconvenience to them and continued to huff and puff through our encounter. I should have taken my things and left at that point. However, I did not and when I returned to pick up the keys, the woman at the front desk barely spoke to me and then proceeded to toss my items on the counter. After reading other reviews, it seems as though this seems to be a common problem for this business and I should have assessed prior to giving them my money.

I have gone to this shop for every key-related need. They are fantastic, offering old-school exceptional customer service, do great work and are friendly and kind. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. JP put together a disassembled key fob for me today, did a great job and was as fantastic as all the other staff here. Dave’s, don’t ever change! Solid customer service is not as common as it used to be and your shop excels! Greatly appreciated. 🙂
