He was the only one in the area that had the knowledge to provide service for a Japanese Car. I’m so Thankful for his help. He came to the rescue. He answered the phone and drove almost 2 hours to help my Dad by replacing and programming a new key that was lost in the snow and was never found. I highly recommend this service 👌

This guy was incredible! I thought he flew to my house, he was there so fast! He popped my door open in seconds, and the price was awesome. He didn’t take advantage of my emergency situation, like some would. He just shot me a straight price, and I didn’t feel like he was draining my funds like past bad experiences I’ve had!
Then, later on, I dropped off my broken key cylinder to him, and he was calling me within a couple hours, “Hey Bud, your stuff is good to go!”. Man, what an awesome guy, and awesome business!
I’d give this guy 10 stars if it was possible! Thanks A lot, to the tall Fella that helped me, I’m not good with names, but I will never forget how generous and experienced you were. To anyone needing a Lock Smith, ✨Look No Further!✨

After dealing with Pierce Lock & Key in Hamilton, MT and not being treated properly by them I turned to Jon at J Safe and Lock to help me out. Should have just gone to him first. THANKS JON!! Quick, polite, respectful, friendly and the cost was 1/3 of what Pierce was going to charge me!!!!!

Was expecting to pay at least $100 to get a new key made so we could replace my girlfriend’s cars lock cylinder. The guy we talked to just told me a couple things to try and it worked so we could get it done for free. 5 star and amazing service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I looked up this business because we urgently needed help with a broken doorknob and installing a replacement keyless lock. I had a safe with a long gone key. I took it in, with provenance, to see if it could be opened. It took Garrick (I hope that’s the right spelling) about 5 minutes to open it. And another 5 to make 2 keys. Excellent experience and result. This isn’t the first time I’ve been there, and they’ve been more than helpful every time.

Fast and accurate. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Was able to get my chipped key made much cheaper than at the dealership. I Love the collectibles they have displayed in their store…lots to browse through while you wait.

Extremely friendly and helpful!

I managed to lock my keys in my vehicle fairly late in the evening. He answered the phone right away and agreed to come help. While he was on his way, I was able to open my truck with a coat hanger I had in the bed of my truck (this wasn’t my first time). When he showed up, I offered to pay him, but he declined without hesitation. I had to force on him the small amount of cash I had on me. He even made me a spare key for free out of his work van!

I would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of his services. I hope I never have to use him again, but if the need comes up, he will be my first call.
