Did they change owners? Been doing business there for 20+ years. This week needed a gun safe opened. Every time in the store the guy acted and talked to me like I was a big inconvenience for him. Not really wanting to help. I wanted to bring my gun safe the store, to save $300, and again the guy down there was rude, didn’t even care again, acted and treated me like I was an inconvenience. Told me that I would have to unload the safe off my truck. He WOULD NOT help. His front end loader was broken down and he refused any other option except for me to take care of it!!??!!😳😳. Only company that CAN open gun safes in our County!!! What a shame!!!! I’ll never be going back!!!! Very BAD experience!!!!!

Extremely friendly and helpful!

I managed to lock my keys in my vehicle fairly late in the evening. He answered the phone right away and agreed to come help. While he was on his way, I was able to open my truck with a coat hanger I had in the bed of my truck (this wasn’t my first time). When he showed up, I offered to pay him, but he declined without hesitation. I had to force on him the small amount of cash I had on me. He even made me a spare key for free out of his work van!

I would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of his services. I hope I never have to use him again, but if the need comes up, he will be my first call.
