Wil came out to our new rental because we were having issues with our front door and deadbolt and two of the upstairs bedroom doors. He gave me a call around 5pm on Friday asking to see if the issue was urgent and I told him we were having a really difficult time with getting our door locked and unlocked. So he let us know he would come out by 6pm. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He tested the door multiple times to make sure it was working absolutely perfectly. Went upstairs and did the same thing even going as far as to check our bathroom door as well! I would give 6 stars if i could. Wil you are so appreciated! Thank you for being willing to come out an help on a Friday evening and not only, not rushing through it, but being extremely thorough!
