The work they did was ok, but the attitude from the owner, and the way he treated my staff at the location he was doing work for, would make me recommend you go elsewhere. The owner actually showed up at my business, using profanity towards my staff for a misunderstanding that he didn’t even bother to contact me directly about. Very unprofessional.

I am adding to this review based on the response the owner providwd. How could you be waiting over a month for payment when you yourself just said the work was done on Christmas Eve. That was only three weeks ago. When invoicing payments are conducted on a Net30 term, we are still well within the terms of our invoicing contract, today is the 19th. Bottom line, try to spin it however you want. This business will never have the opportunity to do work for us again, and I would recommend others to do the same. Scroll back thru the reviews and you will find a common theme about how professionally this business treats people. I can show through my records that this business owner did not make a single attempt to contact me prior to showing up at my business and acting unprofessionalyl. Had you contacted me directly, all could have been quickly resolved.

Reuben was great! Made copying my keys very easy and at a good price!

EDITS:
The above review is because owner Reuben stood over my shoulder and told me to write what I did above.
The truth is, the process was uncomfortable and took extra long, and it seemed like he kept me there longer than necessary because he wanted to chat.
He overcharged for the keys.

Then when I got home, only 2 of the 5 key copies worked! I’m not sure what he did that some keys worked and others didn’t. But I paid for 5 keys and now I have 2.

My advice would be to go elsewhere

These folks were able to help me when the local hardware store could not. I’m glad I stopped by otherwise I would have never known the amount of items they had here that I needed. We will continue to use this business for anything key or lock related.

The key I had made would not work in the door. Looks to me the ridges were not cut out the same. I would not recommend this machine to make keys I lost money

The key was great. It worked perfectly. The problem I had was all the add on stuff you tried to sell me. To be perfectly honest, after the key was made my first thought was to find someone who could make the key without me having to do it through a machine. Other than that, it was good, eight bucks in expensive for one key, but everything is expensive these days.
