Brannon was very professional. It was not a wait and he was done in minutes. I had been calling around all day to dealerships trying to have my key fob replaced and it not be so expensive. The dealership cost was $280 and Pro lock gave me a price of $70, but when I got there and gave him the replacement fob that I already purchased from Amazon for $5 he used it and my cost was $13. I was so excited about the cost and I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys

Zero stars, waited for over 3 hours and called 15 times to be sent straight to voicemail. Go with literally any other towing company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. The people are obviously incompetent and inconsiderate. Absolutely awful. Progressive has removed Deep South Towing from their Roadside assistance list. Rightfully so. God awful people and company. Just down right terrible.
