Brannon was very professional. It was not a wait and he was done in minutes. I had been calling around all day to dealerships trying to have my key fob replaced and it not be so expensive. The dealership cost was $280 and Pro lock gave me a price of $70, but when I got there and gave him the replacement fob that I already purchased from Amazon for $5 he used it and my cost was $13. Overpriced, I can’t believe for two regular house keys it was $24, ridiculous!! Disappointed!!! If I had of known, I would have canceled the transaction. My son performed the transaction and stated he didnt know how much it supposed to cost. Learned that day!!
