The attitude is unnecessary; we were willing to pay whatever price for an after hour service from a “24 hour” servicer. However, the tech or owner only reiterated that it would be time-and-a-half pay. Okay, great, how much? He just wanted to keep repeating that it will be time and a half without giving us a total as if that would change the service request. Maybe he just did jot want to have to get out late. Either way, When you are self employed, customer experience and service is still necessary. Everyone is just as important as you. Your business should handle client or customers with that regard.

I got locked out of my safe today and Goldilocks was my first call and the only call I needed to make. Great service on a hard job. It only took him 8 minutes to arrive and his technique was with limited damage personally i couldn’t be more thankful to not only his fair pricing especially knowing he may have had to turn down a job or two just to help me! It’s amazing to know there’s great businesses and Goldilocks is top of the line!

Brannon was very professional. It was not a wait and he was done in minutes. I had been calling around all day to dealerships trying to have my key fob replaced and it not be so expensive. The dealership cost was $280 and Pro lock gave me a price of $70, but when I got there and gave him the replacement fob that I already purchased from Amazon for $5 he used it and my cost was $13. I was so excited about the cost and I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys
