I called and was sent to a customer service agent and was told a technician would call me. About an hour later they called me and told me a tech would be out to my house after his other customers. He came out about 5 hours later I believe to get in my mobile toolbox. He was very nice. Enjoyed chatting. He had to drill out my lock. Seemed like a lot of money just to drill out the lock. Total came to $150 to get into to it. Didn’t take 20 min. We got into though so I’m happy
