My friend and I called due to locking the keys in the car. We were told to expect them to arrive at 8. At 8:05 we called for an update and were told in a “professional manner” to get boned and it was our fault it was taking so long because we called too early.

Easy process. Very convenient. But I wish the option of buy 2 get 1 free was available for 3 different keys, as it is for 3 of the same keys. Lastly, I would’ve preferred 1 transaction, rather than 3 card transactions.
