These folks were able to help me when the local hardware store could not. I’m glad I stopped by otherwise I would have never known the amount of items they had here that I needed. We will continue to use this business for anything key or lock related.

I’m actually pretty upset. I only needed a very simple office door key. I chose the least expensive option and it wanted to charge me over $8 for something that cost $1.82 elsewhere. When I clicked off of it to deny the charge, ONLY THEN did it offer me a discount to $4.99. Then while making the key it asks me if I wanted to pay an additional fee to have “precision cut”. What the actual hell? This is a machine to COPY A KEY!!! It should do a precise job to begin with!! I denied the added charge bc I was already being taken advantage of. Now I have to spend 3 minutes at the office door trying to get the key to work. Complete ripoff!

I can’t say enough good things about Lee and Mika at the Picayune Key Shoppe. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They handled our truck remote programming and key copy with ease, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process simple. It’s rare to find service that’s this efficient and this personable.
