Brannon was very professional. It was not a wait and he was done in minutes. I had been calling around all day to dealerships trying to have my key fob replaced and it not be so expensive. The dealership cost was $280 and Pro lock gave me a price of $70, but when I got there and gave him the replacement fob that I already purchased from Amazon for $5 he used it and my cost was $13. I was so excited about the cost and I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys

I was charged 4 charges and I only copied 2 keys. I am trying to resolve the issue but this is complicated. The machine is difficult to use and understand. There is no reason for it to charge me twice (different amounts) for each key 😡
