After a all day trying to get a car outta a gas station lot after snapping off the tip, went to one lock smith twice and they couldn’t get it, the local guy didn’t have a blank of the right key, but mr key Charlie did absolutely amazing had us back on the road in no time at all! 1000% recommend

This is the best place to go if you’ve ever locked yourself out of your vehicle. They will come out to you and even cut you new keys if u need them. We needed new keys cut & programmed for our truck and we did some calling around about pricing before committing to a place. Ace Lock was the best choice by far! They charged us almost $200 less for two keys than their competitors were gonna charge for one! Even our Ford dealer was trying to charge $500 for new ones plus make us wait a week to get em. These guys can have it done the same day if they’re not super busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even set up a backup code for us on the vehicle itself in case we got locked out again! I would most definitely recommend this place. They’ve got 5 stars in my book!

The technician came out within the hour (considering the bad weather) and got the lockbox opened so we could access the keys… much better option than taking the lock apart… great customer service, very professional tech and they understood the stressful situation and it showed in their responsiveness. Great job!!
