Called hoping to get my keys unlocked out of my car. They Sent me a text with that ID number to connect with the locksmith and they Arrived. Sat with my entire family for 30 minutes with no contact. Reached back out and was disconnected. Reached back out again to be informed that there was no technician available. Extremely poor customer service.

I used the one at Walmart. I had three keys made and all three were perfectly done. It was a little bit slow but nothing I couldn’t handle and I’m not a patient person. I would use them again if need be.

My friend and I called due to locking the keys in the car. We were told to expect them to arrive at 8. At 8:05 we called for an update and were told in a “professional manner” to get boned and it was our fault it was taking so long because we called too early.
