I highly recommend this company. I am responsible for the contractors at the company I work for and, they are my best decision so far. The prices can’t be bet and the owners are extremely friendly. I have referred them to many of my friends and associates; have not received nothing but positive feedback from them. Great service and a colorful little shop. They offer a large selection of key blanks to cut, with all the accessories. There are some rustic, country living style bits of decoration for sale as well. I got a good deal on my key cutting and definitely suggest a visit if you need good quality service

Brannon was very professional. It was not a wait and he was done in minutes. I had been calling around all day to dealerships trying to have my key fob replaced and it not be so expensive. The dealership cost was $280 and Pro lock gave me a price of $70, but when I got there and gave him the replacement fob that I already purchased from Amazon for $5 he used it and my cost was $13. I was so excited about the cost and I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys

The work they did was ok, but the attitude from the owner, and the way he treated my staff at the location he was doing work for, would make me recommend you go elsewhere. The owner actually showed up at my business, using profanity towards my staff for a misunderstanding that he didn’t even bother to contact me directly about. Very unprofessional.

I am adding to this review based on the response the owner providwd. How could you be waiting over a month for payment when you yourself just said the work was done on Christmas Eve. That was only three weeks ago. When invoicing payments are conducted on a Net30 term, we are still well within the terms of our invoicing contract, today is the 19th. Bottom line, try to spin it however you want. This business will never have the opportunity to do work for us again, and I would recommend others to do the same. Scroll back thru the reviews and you will find a common theme about how professionally this business treats people. I can show through my records that this business owner did not make a single attempt to contact me prior to showing up at my business and acting unprofessionalyl. Had you contacted me directly, all could have been quickly resolved.
