Brannon was very professional. It was not a wait and he was done in minutes. I had been calling around all day to dealerships trying to have my key fob replaced and it not be so expensive. The dealership cost was $280 and Pro lock gave me a price of $70, but when I got there and gave him the replacement fob that I already purchased from Amazon for $5 he used it and my cost was $13. I was so excited about the cost and I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys

It was fine. The ladies were nice, and they were knowledgeable. They got me the right key and programmed it correctly. It was a lot cheaper than buying from the dealership. The facility is small and cramped and in a bad area of town, but I would go back.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. At first, Dave came across as professional and friendly. He guided me to order a new key fob from a specific website and told me he would be able to program it within a day or two after it arrived. Things seemed promising.

Once the keys arrived, I called to let him know. He asked me to meet him at the vehicle in 30 minutes, so I waited over an hour with no sign of him. No call, no text, no update. When I finally got in touch the next day, he apologized and rescheduled me for the following day, promising to call in the morning. That call never came.

This cycle repeated multiple times over the course of almost 3 weeks. I was repeatedly told I’d be put on the schedule “tomorrow” with no follow-up, and I had to be the one constantly reaching out. When I finally spoke with someone else at the company, I was told they were waiting on Land Rover for a programming code—something I found confusing since they had already promised to come out several times before without it.

After more unreturned calls, broken promises, and conflicting information, it became clear that Dave either underestimated the difficulty of working on my vehicle or simply chose not to be upfront about it. Instead of honest communication, I was left waiting, chasing updates, and wasting my time.

Moral of the story: Extremely unprofessional, poor communication, and unreliable service. If you value your time and clear communication, I cannot recommend this company.
