Brannon was very professional. It was not a wait and he was done in minutes. I had been calling around all day to dealerships trying to have my key fob replaced and it not be so expensive. The dealership cost was $280 and Pro lock gave me a price of $70, but when I got there and gave him the replacement fob that I already purchased from Amazon for $5 he used it and my cost was $13. I was so excited about the cost and I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys

My situation was with a lost trailer hitch key and cheap locks. The person at the business at the time honestly told me he could not help me but, he told me how to help myself. Oh yes! I followed his instructions and problem is solved. It took me 4 hours to cut the locks and with patience, no damage to the bumper.

Overpriced, I can’t believe for two regular house keys it was $24, ridiculous!! Disappointed!!! If I had of known, I would have canceled the transaction. My son performed the transaction and stated he didnt know how much it supposed to cost. Learned that day!!

I called 5 lock and key companies. Moore Lock and Key was the only ones who had a tech on-site. Jackson came out within 30 minutes and completed the job in 60 secs (no exaggeration). Thank Moore Key and Lock for have a ready technician like Jackson, who was very efficient.

I got locked out of my safe today and Goldilocks was my first call and the only call I needed to make. Great service on a hard job. It only took him 8 minutes to arrive and his technique was with limited damage personally i couldn’t be more thankful to not only his fair pricing especially knowing he may have had to turn down a job or two just to help me! It’s amazing to know there’s great businesses and Goldilocks is top of the line!

This is the 1st time using our service . I was a bit intimidated by the process . Some very kind people showed me where to put the key . I thought that I took my original key out of the slot too quickly . I was really worried if the keys would work . Much to my surprise & relief all 4 keys worked & the original wasn’t even in the slot for the full time ! I had put off getting the keys made & I am very grateful that they work !

I was charged 4 charges and I only copied 2 keys. I am trying to resolve the issue but this is complicated. The machine is difficult to use and understand. There is no reason for it to charge me twice (different amounts) for each key 😡
