Just another fine example of how Ai, robots or machines not operated by humans don’t provide satisfactory results! The key I had made by KeyMe Locksmiths at Walmart…. Did Not work and there was simply no human help at the Walmart to get the key properly cut. After the KeyMe Locksmiths machine cut my key and I drove all the way home I found out it did not work so I ended up having to go to a Lowe’s where they had a real human being to cut the key and it worked like a charm!!
Save yourself the time, money and hassle and go to Lowe’s if you need a key cut!!

At Lowes in pascagoula. Very convenient. The only improvement I would suggest is to keep the credit card info when someone is making several different keys. I had to key it all in everytime I changed keys.

The work they did was ok, but the attitude from the owner, and the way he treated my staff at the location he was doing work for, would make me recommend you go elsewhere. The owner actually showed up at my business, using profanity towards my staff for a misunderstanding that he didn’t even bother to contact me directly about. Very unprofessional.

I am adding to this review based on the response the owner providwd. How could you be waiting over a month for payment when you yourself just said the work was done on Christmas Eve. That was only three weeks ago. When invoicing payments are conducted on a Net30 term, we are still well within the terms of our invoicing contract, today is the 19th. Bottom line, try to spin it however you want. This business will never have the opportunity to do work for us again, and I would recommend others to do the same. Scroll back thru the reviews and you will find a common theme about how professionally this business treats people. I can show through my records that this business owner did not make a single attempt to contact me prior to showing up at my business and acting unprofessionalyl. Had you contacted me directly, all could have been quickly resolved.
