Brannon was very professional. It was not a wait and he was done in minutes. I had been calling around all day to dealerships trying to have my key fob replaced and it not be so expensive. The dealership cost was $280 and Pro lock gave me a price of $70, but when I got there and gave him the replacement fob that I already purchased from Amazon for $5 he used it and my cost was $13. I was so excited about the cost and I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys

I had a crazy lost key situation and the worker, Andre was so compassionate and patient throughout the whole debacle. He frequently came by and was flexible while the problem got resolved. My situation was with a lost trailer hitch key and cheap locks. The person at the business at the time honestly told me he could not help me but, he told me how to help myself. Oh yes!
