I’ve been going to Brooks’s Huntsville location for years, stopped in at the Decatur location for the first time and as always they provided five-star service! Just needed a couple blanks cut and they had me out of there in 5 minutes. Thank you as always!

It’s a kiosk in the krogers, not a real locksmith. Charges you 12 bucks to duplicate a roughed up key it then wants to charge you another 3 to “smooth it out for easier turning” and tries to upsell you a pattern like 3 times.

Called about door repairs on a commercial property. I didn’t have all the information. The woman I spoke to wasn’t very friendly or helpful; she didn’t offer to troubleshoot or educate me. I went to Downs instead, and they were much more accommodating and professional.
