I needed a laser key cut and my auto key fob programmed. I was referred to Beaumont lock from Ace hardware. I arrived at the office , called the locksmith, and was told he would be at the office in about 10 minutes. Locksmith arrived promptly and took care of my needs immediately. I note that I have been quoted an extremely high price for only cutting the key. My price from Beaumont lock was much lower.
I was treated with respect. Answering my questions was appreciated.

Had movers at the property I was moving out of unable to get in my garage to get my washer and dryer and the movers were ready to leave without my appliances. I needed a very custom key made for an antique lock box. I didn’t even have one to make a copy from. Their tech was able to figure out the lock pattern and make a key from scratch. There was a bit of confusion for the pricing, but the owner honored what the first employee originally quoted, so for that I am grateful. A good reminder to give/get quotes in writing.
