I would not recommend this company to anyone. I contacted KeyMe after getting locked out of my vehicle with the engine running. I called and paid $157 for them to come to my home to unlock my vehicle. I was able to track the location of the service truck, which came very close to my location, but then disappeared from the map. After 10 minutes and no one showed, I called KeyMe, only to be told my service had been canceled because they could not find me. I received no call or text to ask for my location or to let me know they were canceling. With a call I could have easily given directions to my home. Instead there was no effort on their part to provide the service I paid for. Where was their responsibility in fulfilling their obligations for the already paid for service? There was none. Where was the professionalism as representatives of KeyMe? There was none. Bottom line is this company overcharges for their service and they do not care about the customer. I was also informed there was a $60 charge if i canceled. But they can cancel, without the courtesy of a phone call, because they were not competent enough to do their job. I ended up paying $45 for a wrecker service, who found my home easily, to unlock my vehicle.

I left my key in my jacket in my truck and tried everything I could to unlock it. The gentleman that came to unlock my vehicle was very fast despite driving all the way to Houston and displayed phenomenal customer service with a a good sense of humor aswell. And the pricing is fantastic! Especially compared to the $500 it would’ve cost to use the the online dispatch service. I absolutely recommend this business for said emergency situations.

Called to schedule a service, called the link on Google for the crystal city location. Guy who I spoke with gave me all the information, sounded great came in today to have the service done. When I got there they told me they couldn’t do it at that location and said I would have to go to saint Louis. Very poor communication and a total waste of time.

Highly recommend. He came to my workplace and fixed the FOB for my car on the spot. Only charged $50, which is a fraction of what a dealership would’ve billed—easily hundreds. Great service and unbeatable value.

We moved and needed our doors re-keyed. Stewart was able to key them all to the same master and then make ten copies of that key for us. He fixed a keyless entry and programed it too. His fee was more than reasonable…I didn’t even think about tipping him until he left, but I wish I would have! His keys are NICE quality!

2 stars for it giving me the key, but the rest of the process is very slow and pricey at that. it took 10 minutes for me to get 1 key and it was almost 10 dollars by itself. no fancy design or anything. never using these machines again. and even with key trimming it still gets stuck at times.
