I left my key in my jacket in my truck and tried everything I could to unlock it. The gentleman that came to unlock my vehicle was very fast despite driving all the way to Houston and displayed phenomenal customer service with a a good sense of humor aswell. And the pricing is fantastic! Especially compared to the $500 it would’ve cost to use the the online dispatch service. I absolutely recommend this business for said emergency situations.

Amazing job this guy knows how to make his customers feel appreciated. He takes his time out to try his absolute best in making and programming keys!! We had a few heart wrenching moments trying to figure out how to get into my bcm on my 350z to get the new chips connected. But he didn’t deter or give up we keep trying what we thought would work and finally we got the code figured out and got both my new keys programmed. He’s a really nice and friendly person and is there to help doesn’t make you feel like he’s after your money!! He is trying to help you get the job done and that was awesome!! HIGHLYY recommend him and his shop didn’t leave be stranded like the two and half hour no call no show another locksmith did to me! Amazing service!
I hadn’t driven my car in over two months after losing my only key fob. With no Mazda dealership in town and the closest one being in Memphis, I was stuck. I called around everywhere in Jonesboro before finally reaching this company.

He came to my home and had my car running again within 15–20 minutes. I even had an aftermarket fob, and he still made it work perfectly! He answered all my questions, explained the process clearly, and gave me confidence the job could be done.

I highly recommend this locksmith! Truly the BEST in Jonesboro. I’ll definitely be coming back for spare fobs in the future!
